Risk is a game. This implementation was originally modelled on the one that I used to play on the Mac. It supports multiple human and/or computer players. New computer player strategies can be written and will be automatically loaded by the game.
Several other people have written computer players. If they'll let me and I get some time, maybe I'll put those up here too.
All the files are tarred and gzipped.
